If you are not joining us at the town forest, here is your workout for today:

Full warm-up: 1/4 mile jog, stretches & drills
Workout: 10 30-second hill sprint repeats (walk to bottom recovery)
Cool down: 1/4 mile jog, stretches & drills 
Form drills: marching As, A-skips, B-skips
