Warm-up (stretches & drills)
1 - 1.5 mile jog, nice & easy
4-5 hard strides (about 80% effort - walk back to start & go again)

I will be holding an optional practice at the Stow Town Forest on Monday from 2:00-3:30pm. We'll be doing hills. We'd love to have you join us if you're able.
