Workout - Tuesday, September 20

This is your workout for today - if you have another athletic activity, you do not have to complete this workout.

Full warm-up: 1/4 mile jog, full stretch, running drills
1 mile jog - nice & easy
3 hard sprints - make each sprint about 10 seconds long, walk back to start & go again

Be ready for the meet tomorrow - make sure you have everything you need ready to go tonight. Drink plenty of fluid & get some sleep!
