Workout - Thursday, September 29

This is your workout for today - if you have another athletic activity, you do not have to complete this workout.

Warm-up: 1/4 mile jog, full stretch, form drills (especially your marching A's)
1 mile jog, nice and easy - you should be able to maintain a conversation at that pace

Be ready for a hard workout on Friday - check the forecast, and dress accordingly!
