Workout - Tuesday, September 13

This is your workout for today - if you have another athletic activity, you do not have to complete this workout.


Full warm up - 1/4 mile jog, stretch, warm up drills
20 minutes of easy jogging


Try to manage your effort evenly throughout the run - you should be able to maintain a conversation without speaking quickly and taking huge breaths. I'd like you to try and not stop during your run.

Make sure you drink plenty of fluids - I'll see you at practice on Wednesday!
