PRACTICE: 1.5 miles of Circuit Training
Challenging practice today, but I wanted to break up the monotony of running laps, so we did circuits with push-ups, sit-ups, wall-sits, and planks.
TOMORROW'S MEET: Is still on as of now! I will send out an e-mail if I hear otherwise.
T-SHIRTS: Orders need to be in TOMORROW! If you need another sheet, I am sending out a follow-up e-mail with the order form attached.
STATE MEET: I also need to hear if you would like to run in the state meet. There are grade races (6th, 7th, and 8th) for both boys and girls, as well as the 7-person Championship race. Even if you're not one of the "top" runners, you can still race!
