Remember what I've been saying: there's no need to play defense in cross country.
RUNNING THIS WEEKEND:
Saturday - easy distance (1-2 miles)
Sunday - Sprint repeats; 5 reps @ 75 yards apiece
Monday (if not at optional practice) - hill repeats: find a steep hill near you and run to the top 5x
Tuesday (if not at optional practice) - VERY EASY DAY: 1 mile max
