Workout - Thursday, October 24

This is your workout - complete this either today or tomorrow, and take the other day off.

Full warm-up (1/4 mile jog, stretch, and drills)
Form drills (marching As, A-skips, B-skips)
30 minute run - easy distance (around 3 miles)

Stay hydrated, get plenty of rest, and get ready for our meet on Tuesday - enjoy your weekend!
