Workout - Friday, October 11

This is today's workout - if you have another athletic activity, you do not have to complete this workout.

1/4 mile warm-up jog
Stretches & drills
Form drills (marching As, A-skips, B-skips)
2 mile jog maximum - nice & easy (recovery day, so no major efforts)

Stay hydrated and get some rest this weekend!
