This is today's workout - if you have another athletic activity, you do not have to complete this workout. If you are nursing an injury, you do not have to complete this workout - you are welcome to try it, but cut the distance by at least half.

Stretches & drills
Form drills (marching As, A-skips, B-skips)
3 mile jog - nice & easy (recovery day, so no hard efforts)
Stay hydrated, and get some rest this weekend!
