Workout - Monday, October 30

This is the workout for today - if you have another athletic activity, you do not have to complete this workout.

Warm-up (stretches & drills)
Form drills (marching As, A-skips, B-skips)
2-2.5 mile jog (nice & easy)

Keep hydrating, get plenty of rest, and start getting ready for our meet on Wednesday.
