Workout - Monday, October 2

This is your workout for today - if you have another athletic activity, you do not have to complete this workout.

Warm-up (stretches & drills)
Form drills (marching As, A-skips, B-skips)
1 mile jog - nice & easy
4-5 hard strides (about 80% effort for 15-20 seconds - walk back to start & go again)

Get ready for the meet tomorrow - drink plenty of fluids, get some rest, and I'll see you tomorrow!
