This is your workout for today - if you have another athletic activity, you do not have to complete this workout.
Warm-up (stretches & drills)
Form drills (marching As, A-skips, & B-skips)
1 mile jog - nice & easy
4 hard sprints - make each sprint about 10-15 seconds long, walk back to start & go again.
Be ready for the meet tomorrow - make sure you have everything you need ready to go tonight. Drink plenty of fluid, get some sleep, and I'll see you tomorrow! Bus leaves right after school!
