Practice Review - Tuesday, September 13

PRACTICE: Easy 1/4 mile jog, 6th v. 7th v. 8th grade relay race

MEET TOMORROW: Home meet against Groton-Dunstable. The meet will be at Delaney. I'm hoping to get started as close to 4pm as possible.

FRIDAY PRACTICE: Due to the positive feedback I received, I'm going to be holding an optional Friday practice next week, September 23. The school will not be providing transportation.
