This is your workout for Friday:

Full warm up: 1/4 mile jog, stretches & drills
Workout: 1 mile jog, nice and easy
2 race-pace strides (30 seconds each)
2 hard sprints (15 seconds each)
Cool down: 1/4 mile jog, stretches & drills
Form drills: marching As, A-skips, B-skips
