1/4 mile warm-up jog
Stretches & drills
Form drills (marching As, A-skips, B-skips)
1.5 mile jog - nice & easy
3x 1min hard strides (about 80% effort - 1 minute on, 3 minutes recovery)
Stay hydrated and get some rest this weekend - first (and only) home meet is Thursday!
